Horizon Europe is the European Union’s seven-year research and innovation programme, running from 2021 to 2027. With a proposed budget of €100 billion, Horizon Europe is the largest EU’s largest R&I framework programme ever and responsibility for delivering on it will make you a partner in delivering on Executive Vice-President Vestager’s mandate to ‘maximise the contribution of investment in research and innovation in supporting our policy objectives’.

The Commission is drafting the first Horizon Europe Work Programme based on its Strategic Plan and it is expected the draft will be available in the summer of 2020.

We are delighted to invite you to an event to learn more about the current state of Horizon Europe and how to prepare yourself for the upcoming calls on

15 May 2020 at 9 – 11 am online

This event will be available to all University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences staff members.
